As soon as you enter the store, you are greeted and introduced to your Customer Service Representative, who will be your single point of contact throughout the repair process. This person will help you complete the necessary information and document the circumstances surrounding your accident. You will be invited to tour the facility and see the unique Sterling process for repairing your car.
